How does the subscription coverage work?

Once you sign up for a paid Relay plan, send us proof of your active subscription on another platform (screenshot, invoice, or receipt). We'll credit the prorated remaining value to your Relay account, so you're never paying for two platforms at once.

What proof do I need to provide?

A screenshot of your active subscription page, a recent invoice, or a billing receipt from your current platform. It should show your current billing period and the amount paid.

Can I bring my workouts and programs from my old platform?

Yes. Relay's AI-powered import can parse your programs, workouts, and exercise libraries from spreadsheets (CSV/Excel) and other S&C platforms - it intelligently maps exercises, sets, and programming details so you're up and running fast. Additionally, our team is happy to help with the migration personally to make sure nothing gets lost.
