One member is one seat, and a seat is either a coach or an athlete on your roster. Your tier price is based on how many of those seats you need. Marketplace buyers who only purchase your programs are not counted as members.

No. Athletes never pay for Relay. Their seat is part of your plan, the app is a free download on iOS and Android, and an athlete who would rather not install anything can train from a browser.

Move between tiers whenever you need to. Outside a trial, changing tier bills or credits the difference for the rest of the period straight away, so upgrading halfway through a month costs half the difference. During a trial nothing is charged and the trial carries on unchanged. If your roster grows past your tier, athletes over the limit go inactive rather than being deleted, and they come back the moment a seat frees up.

Euros, or US dollars if you are in the United States. Stripe locks a subscription to the currency of its first payment, so it stays the same when you move between tiers later.

Yes. Every Relay Plus tier - including 5 members - includes unlimited marketplace selling. Subscribers who buy your programs are billed separately and do not count as members.

Relay takes no transaction fee on marketplace purchases. Stripe's payment processing fees are deducted from each sale, and the rest is paid out to you.
