The primary way to add users to your organization is by sending direct email invitations. How to invite:- Click the Invite button.
- Enter the email address(es) of the athletes you want to onboard.
- Click Send.
- The system will automatically generate a unique invite code for each email and send out the onboarding instructions.

- Locate the Invite Email or Customization section.
- Update the subject line, greeting, and custom message to reflect your team culture or facility’s brand.
- Click Save. All future email invites will now use your custom branded template, while still automatically including the app download links and their unique invite code.
Invite coaches to your workspace
You can use the exact same invitation system to add assistant coaches or co-trainers to your organization. How coaching permissions work:- When you invite a user as a Coach instead of an Athlete, they join your administrative workspace.
- Shared Resources: Coaches within the same organization share a single, unified Exercise Library.
- Shared Roster: Coaches can view, tag, and assign programs to the shared pool of athletes within your organization.
- This ensures your entire coaching staff is working from the same playbook and using the same standard movement standards.
