Relay is built for speed. Most actions across the workout builder, program builder, and questionnaire editor can be triggered with a single key press.

Space	Collapse/expand block
Enter	Select first exercise or enter cell edit
Arrow Up/Down	Navigate between blocks and exercises
Escape	Deselect or close dialog
R	Trigger AI (voice or text)
Cmd/Ctrl+Z	Undo
